Chacras is a gated community, and I created its Instagram content for families, mostly members of the club right across from it (Mar del Plata Club), who are thinking about buying a place to unwind on weekends. It's a big decision that needs clear information more than a catalog of services.

I worked from its existing concept, “Comunidad en Movimiento” (Community in Motion), so that every post would build the trust needed to take that step.
